Looking for Yakiniku at Akarenga Terrace | A Guide to the 3F Restaurant Floor

Akarenga Terrace is a shopping complex facing the Former Hokkaido Government Office. It gathers places to eat that you can drop into while shopping or sightseeing, and the third floor in particular is laid out as a restaurant floor where you can settle in for a proper meal.

YAKINIKU BAR TAMURA Akarenga Terrace is on that third floor.

Where we are in the building, and how to get in

Come into the building from Sapporo Station via the underground walkway, then take the lift or escalator up to 3F. Because you can come straight up from the basement level, it is an easy trip even with luggage or in bad weather.

A yakiniku bar, not just a yakiniku restaurant

We are a yakiniku restaurant, but we care about being as easy to use as a bar. The room works just as well for a full meal as it does for a single drink.

  • Yakiniku centred on A5-grade Hokkaido Wagyu
  • Hokkaido hotpot and griddle dishes such as sukiyaki and jingisukan
  • A la carte dishes made with Hokkaido seafood
  • 60 seats in total: fully private rooms, sofa seats and table seats

Seats with a view of the Former Hokkaido Government Office

From some seats you can look out at the Former Hokkaido Government Office through the window while you eat. That distinctly Sapporo view goes down well with visitors and with local gatherings alike.
