Hokkaido Wagyu Yakiniku, Directly Connected to Odori Station
Niku no Kappo Tamura sits on the 4th floor of Odori BISSE, facing Odori Park in central Sapporo. Our beef is Hokkaido wagyu, chosen by Tamura — a butcher based in Bihoro, Hokkaido — and served as yakiniku, steak, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu and kappo-style dishes. With 52 seats including private rooms, we suit business dinners, celebrations and family meals alike.

Sirloin, fillet, Chateaubriand, short rib, hanging tender, rare cuts and tongue — all Hokkaido wagyu, selected by Tamura in Bihoro. The grade on offer changes with what arrives, so ask us what is best on the day.
Private rooms, out of earshot
One fully private room for 8 and four semi-private rooms for 6 with sunken kotatsu seating, which combine for up to 24 guests. There is no room charge. Parties of 20 to 50 can book the whole restaurant.
Two minutes from the station, whatever the weather
We are directly connected to Odori Subway Station, so you can reach us without going outside — useful in Sapporo’s snow. JR Sapporo Station is 13 minutes away on foot and Susukino 10 minutes.
