Frequently Asked Questions
Twenty-four questions we are asked most often — reservations, private rooms, payment, access and more. If your question is not here, call us on +81-11-211-1129.
Reservations and your visit
Q1Do I need a reservation?
We recommend booking so we can be sure to have a table for you. Call us on +81-11-211-1129 or use the reservation form. Most of our courses require a reservation; the Yakiniku "Miyabi" Course, the Premium Yakiniku Plan "Nagomi" and the Hokkaido Wagyu Prime Loin Sukiyaki can be ordered without one.
Q2Is there a cancellation fee?
For course reservations we charge 100% of the cost for same-day cancellations, including reducing the number of guests online on the day. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, the booking is treated as cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
Q3Is there a time limit on the table?
Tables are for 2 hours. The Yakiniku "Kirameki" and "Miyabi" courses include 120 minutes of free-flow drinks, with last order at 90 minutes.
Q4How large a party can you take?
Depending on the course, from 1 to 24 guests. The Hokkaido Wagyu Fillet Course and Sirloin Course take parties from 1 guest, the Special Steak Lunch 2–24 guests and the Premium Yakiniku Plan "Nagomi" 2–12 guests. For 20 guests or more we can also reserve the whole restaurant, up to 50.
Q5Is the restaurant suitable for business entertaining?
Yes. We have fully private and semi-private rooms in a calm setting, with courses built around Hokkaido wagyu. Being directly connected to Odori Station makes it easy to direct your guests here. Courses with free-flow drinks are available, so please tell us your budget.
Access and parking
Q6How do I get there from Odori Station?
We are directly connected to Odori Subway Station, about a 2-minute walk (roughly 160 m). We are on the 4th floor of Odori BISSE, the building facing Odori Park. It is about 13 minutes on foot from JR Sapporo Station (850 m) and about 10 minutes from Susukino Subway Station (650 m).
Q7Is there parking?
We do not have our own car park or a partner car park. If you come by car, please use one of the nearby coin car parks. As we are directly connected to Odori Subway Station, public transport is the easiest way to reach us.
